현재 방문자 공유(안전한 핀코드 기반 공동 작업)를 사용하여 Google이 아닌 계정과 항목을 공유할 수 있습니다.
따라서 Google이 아닌 사용자는 Google 드라이브, 문서, 시트, 슬라이드 및 사이트의 콘텐츠를 보거나 주석을 달 수 있습니다.
방문자 공유를 사용하여 Google이 아닌 사용자가 Google Workspace의 조직 및 사용자가 소유한 공유 드라이브 내에서 콘텐츠를 업로드하거나 파일을 만들 수 있습니다.
구글 계정없이 Google 드라이브 방문자와 협업
관리자: 이 업데이트는 조직에 대해 방문자 공유가 켜져 있을 때 기본적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
Availability
- Available to Google Workspace Essentials, Business Standard, Business Plus, Education Plus, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Plus customers
- Not available to Google Workspace Business Starter, Enterprise Essentials, Education Fundamentals, Frontline, and Nonprofits, as well as legacy G Suite Basic and Business customers
- Not available to users with personal Google Accounts
