Google 음성 감사로그의 통화 관련 이벤트
날짜, 통화 소스 및 통화 대상과 같은 음성 감사 로그에 이미 캡처된 정보 외에도 다음과 같은 구체적인 통화별 성능 정보가 표시됩니다:
- 왕복 시간(RTT)
- 1000당 패킷 손실 수
- Jitter
이 보조 데이터는 조직 전체의 통화 품질에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 잠재적인 네트워크 문제를 식별하고 해결하는 데 도움이 됩니다.
관리자: 관리 콘솔에서 [보고] > [감사 및 조사] > [음성 로그 이벤트]로 이동하여 음성 감사 로그를 볼 수 있습니다.
Availability
- Available to all Google Workspace customers who can use the security investigation tool:
- The Security investigation tool is available to Enterprise Plus, Education Standard, and Education Plus.
- Admins with Cloud Identity Premium, Enterprise Standard, and Education Standard can also use the investigation tool for a subset of data sources.
