올해 초에는 일부 Google Workspace 고객을 위해 Google 문서에 eSignature를 도입했습니다. eSignature는 공식 계약에 서명을 요청, 추적 및 추가하는 데 도움이 됩니다.
이제 Google 드라이브에 저장된 PDF 파일에 전자 서명을 요청할 수 있게 되었습니다. 이 기능에는 전화번호, 직책, 회사 등과 같은 사용자 지정 필드가 포함됩니다. PDF를 포함하도록 전자 서명을 확장하면 Workspace를 떠나지 않고도 서명을 요청하고 캡처할 수 있습니다.
