조직의 데이터 내보내기에 대한 업데이트된 환경
Google에서는 사용자의 데이터를 내보내기 위한 새로운 기능을 도입하여 고객이 조직의 데이터 내보내기 요구사항을 보다 유연하게 관리할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 이러한 변경사항에는 다음과 같은 옵션이 포함됩니다.
- 조직 단위별로 사용자 생성 콘텐츠 내보내기
- 사용자가 생성한 콘텐츠를 그룹별로 내보냅니다.
이 업데이트는 Google Workspace Enterprise Plus, Education Standard 및 Education Plus 고객에게 제공됩니다.
과거에는 데이터 내보내기가 사용자 생성 콘텐츠의 전체 세트로 제한되었습니다. 그러나 고객은 특히 비즈니스 및 규정 준수 요구사항이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 데이터 내보내기를 관리하는 데 있어 마찰이 없는 환경이 필요할 수 있습니다. 보다 세분화되고 유연한 내보내기 도구를 제공함으로써 고객은 필요할 때 필요한 특정 데이터를 검색할 수 있습니다.
Availability
- Available to Google Workspace Enterprise Plus, Education Standard, and Education Plus customers
- Not available to Google Workspace Essentials, Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Essentials, Education Fundamentals, Frontline, and Nonprofits, as well as legacy G Suite Basic and Business customers
