Google Workspace 제품의 사용자 가용성 표시
Google Workspace 제품에서 사용자의 Google 캘린더 상태를 표시할지 여부를 제어하는 새로운 Admin 설정을 도입합니다. 예를 들어 설정을 끄면 최종 사용자는 구글 채팅이나 지메일과 같은 제품에서 동료가 부재중인지 더 이상 볼 수 없게 된다.
이 새로운 설정을 통해 관리자는 Google Workspace 제품에서 표시되는 사용자 정보를 보다 효과적으로 제어할 수 있습니다.
- 관리자: 이 기능은 기본적으로 켜져 있으며 도메인 또는 OU 수준에서 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
- 최종 사용자: 관리자가 활성화한 경우 Google Workspace 제품에서 일정관리 상태를 볼 수 있습니다.
Availability
- Available to Google Workspace Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, and Education Plus
- Not Available to Google Workspace Essentials, Business Starter, Business Standard, Enterprise Essentials, Education Fundamentals and Nonprofits, as well as G Suite Basic and Business customers
